Is it normal to have these items in my room?

My roommate has been freaking out since he went into my room to get the vacuum cleaner and saw my collection of pocketknives, a medival dagger, a Norse battle axe, buffalo horns, and medival torture devices in my room. Is it normal to have these things lying out in my room?

      Yes I am, I also have replica guns and posters on the American Revolution, I also go to the Renaissance Fair a couple times a year.

    Definately normal in my book. I do have to agree that it's not normal not to use them. Hehe. Your roommate's just not used to weapons and probably wonders how or why do you even have them so explain gently.

    I think I'd freak out if you were my roommate, too.

    Go with whatever decor suits you, but if people are scared, don't be surprised.
