Yeah she'd always look out the window thinking someone was watching her. She thought my dad was the devil and ran around the neighborhood with him chasing her until 6AM. I remember her telling my brothers and me to come outside with her and stare at the sun. She also has OCD. Touching the stove knobs and counting then switching the light switch on and off and then running back to the stove to do it all over again. She washed her hands so much they were all cracked, sore and bleeding. If anyone moved anything even the slightest she'd know and spend an hour fixing it.
Is it normal to have these fleeting thoughts?

That's so sad and actually one of the more upsetting cases I've heard :(.
And you're welcome. I'm glad I could help :).
