Is it normal to have these feeling and are they linked to depression?

I keep getting the feeling of no energy, I feel like shit, I'm loosing my appetite quickly and quite easily, and loosing the kilos, I feel like i don't belong here anymore, i get agitated quickly and loose my temper quicker then normal. I am working through lunch and dinner so i have to either snack or eat something before or after I get back from work. Plus I have to push myself to do the jobs I need to do at home and its a big effort to do so. I also feel light headed and like I'm going to fall on the ground all the time and its small movements that cause me to feel light headed.

Is It Normal?

  • I get depressed alot, too. But what I find to be relieving is to watch alot of internet porn, go peeping tom in the neighborhood, and jackoff every couple of hours.

  • yes those are signs of depression. they're mess available for stuff like this. they may not work but they're worth a try.

  • We all get fed up at times but the physical symptoms you describe simply sound as though they're due to a lack of food! Your body and brain needs fuel, so start eating properly and see how you go before you go to a doctor.

      • Check your iron levels by pulling down your lower eyelid, it should be red as the blood is just below the surface - if it's light pink or practically white then you are low in iron and will therefore be tired and even light headed. Eat red meat and green veg to get this back up asap. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fluids so that you are not dehydrated causing the imbalance. If it still persists see a doctor to check you don't have an ear infection or low blood pressure.

          • That's great! I'm glad it was something as simple as that. Lack of sleep is tortuous and confuses your mind too.

Well done you, iron can make you constipated so eat lots of fibre and drink lots of water.

  • Well, I normally joke around when suggesting weed to people, but you might want to seriously consider it though if you are having trouble eating. Weed usually increases a person's appetite. I'm not sure if it would help you with your other problems though such as the depression. You probably need to go see a doctor about this.
