Is it normal to have the sun make you sneeze?

I can't be the only one... right? It doesn't happen all the time, But I've noticed that sometimes when the sun is super bright , especially in the first moments of blinding me, that I sneeze. I do not have any allergies. does this happen to you too?

    Yes it happens to me all the time. Sometimes i stare at the sun just to sneeze.

    Yes, this is normal. Whenever the sun shines down on my face, I have this uncontrollable urge to sneeze.

    It's called the photic sneeze reflex, but hilariously it's also known as the Autosomal Compelling Helio-Ophthalmic Outburst (ACHOO). It's a dominant inherited trait.
