Is it normal to have the shakes
Sometimes for what seems like no reason my body starts trembling and I'm full of nerves and I can hardly conceal it. I think it may be anxiety. Is this normal?

Well if it's anxiety you would have rapid heartbeat and trouble breathing. Shaking may be more extreme shyness or nerves. I would try to chill out and also make sure you take good care of yourself/body. If you get enough sleep, have a healthy diet, and practice good hygiene you will feel better in general which should help your nerves.
Keep a diary of what is going on when the 'shakes' begin to come on. This will help you identify the cause.
I know that when I don't get enough to eat I'm more likely to get shaky.
It could have something to do with how often and how much you eat. Sometimes I get really shaky around noon even if I don't feel hungry. Then it goes away when I eat lunch. So try eating when that happens.
Anxiety is just one of the things it may be, but it's perhaps the most likely. If it's bothering you, have a word with your doctor.
