Is it normal to have the feeling of bugs crawling in your butt?

Very normal if you have worms.

My guess is parasitic worms... Either that or alien rectal probes.

I am going to take a guess at threadworms / pinworms, which I've had before with a similar sensation. It could be a different parasite, so see if you can see anything moving in your poo, or anything worm-like on your bedsheets / underwear (esp. at night). If so, you can buy an oral treatment or go to your doctor.

If not and if this is bugging you (pun intended), go to the doctor anyway. It could be a symptom of something else.

3. Have you seen a doctor? If he does test and can't find anything, then maybe you should see a therapist. I'm not saying that you're crazy, but if you're really hallucinating then you need to figure out why.
