I have a feeling most people wouldn't find this normal, but I think it is. There are just some people that don't like to be around others. You are probably an introvert, they often have internal fictional worlds like you do. Having a imaginary friend (of sorts) probably isn't too common, but it is okay in my opinion. However, I would recommend that you cheat the system and make her invincible. If she is imaginary, and can do anything, why allow her to suffer? You can keep it realistic if you want, but in the very least do not worry too much when she gets hurt. There could come a situation in where you feel you need to protect her from something, but it may be unnecessary and lead to your downfall. Maybe you are rational enough to realize that, but I wanted to make sure.
Is it normal to have such behaviour?

I'm diagnosed with OCD. Anxiety and unpleasant thoughts are pretty common for me, so it might be out of my control. However, I'll try it.
Thanks for your response and advice!
