Is it normal to have stomache pain from eating you don't like?

Ever since I was in elementary I have been experiencing stomache pain and sometimes the urge to vomit whenever I force myself to eat things I don't like.

      In my family if you do not finish your food you are ungrateful and it kinda grew on me and I'm too shy to say no sometimes.

        Yeah I get that. It could just be your brain’s way of revolting, it’s not that the food is revolting. Try to be open to all kinds of food, or mask the flavor with ketchup or A1 sauce etc.

            Check the number on the bottom of the bottle, it’s rated by how hot it is. 40 is the hottest.

            Eat a little bit and push your plate away. You’ll get used to different food.
