How old are you? If you're old enough that she expects you to get a job, you must be over 18, so what the hell are you doing living with your mommy? If you're not 18 and she keeps abusing you emotionally, report her to child protective services.
Why didn't you report your mother for allowing the bastard to hit you to child protective services? If you had, there's a good possibility they'd both would be in jail now. If you're under 18, as soon as you reach 18, leave home and within a few years, she'll be calling you and begging you to come see her, or whatever. And when she does, remind her of all those time she chose some sorry POS man over you and never see her again!
