Well, like I suppose it would depend on what definition of Fetish we are using.
Like if we are going by the clinical definition of a fetish then it would mean that having all of those existing as fetishes means that the individual would be unable to reach any form of sexual gratification without one or all of them being present at every encounter.
The more common definition or more referred to as kinks are just things that ADD to the excitement and are not required for sexual gratification.
My son and I kind of have this joke though that what if on porn advertised as "Anal", the woman came in and started nit-picking everything? You know, being "anal" about everything?
