lol. Yeah I've only ever gotten them in clusters. My boyfriend had a few after we watched The Fourth Kind. He's afraid of aliens and he thought they came to abduct him.
I'm borderline between medical and spiritual. Although I am not religious in any way, and I hardly believe in ghosts and spirits and demons, the fact that majority of the people that experience this see similar things kinda confuses me. I highly doubt there's a "fear of old hags" switch in our brains that get flipped while this is happening, y'know?
That makes sense. Good way to put it, I remember when I used to go to church, they were saying that I have an evil spirit inside of me (lol), and they said I blacked out and started screaming and shaking, but I didn't believe them. I thought I just blacked out because I was tired.
Is it normal to have sleep paralysis episodes continuously?

Lol, well, I dunno about aliens. If someone else is next to you, and awake, they know you weren't abducted, haha.

Unless they erased everyone's memory!
There was a line on his back or arm and he thought something had scratched him. XD
So what are your thoughts about sleep paralysis? Do you think it's just medical/scientific?

Same. I do believe in ghosts/spirits because my dad, brother, I witnessed the same erie thing at my grandmothers house years ago.
People who are under stress are vulnerable and maybe that gives (evil) spirits the incentive to attack people or it draws them to those people.
I think it could be both.

You blacked out after someone hit you over the head; they did unspeakable things to you. (lol, jk)
but seriously that's kind of creepy. There must have been a handful of people there, they all said you did that? XD
