Well I am 21 male and like about a year ago I started noticing that my hands shake for no apparent reason so is it normal?

Sometimes this is normal. How bad are they shaking? How much caffeine do you drink? How's your blood sugar? Is there a pattern to when you experience it?

If it prevents you from writing or holding a cup, you should probably talk to a doctor. But it may just mean you need to eat a sandwich.

could just be a tremor, which is aggrivated by low blood sugar, anxiety, fattigue, etc. i have it too, its often genetic and usually harmless but it can get worse with age.if you're worried it's something else check a doc

If it keeps going or gets worse, you really should see a doctor... I shake, as well. It turned out to be a neurological issue and it's much easier to deal with now. Just keep an eye on it and go see your doctor if your hands still shake regularly :)

  • It could possibly be a sign of Alzheimer's disease, but I'm not really sure. See a doctor if you're really worried.

It could be your diet. Or if you drink a lot, it could be the alcohol leavig your body. It could even be your sleep paterns. There is a lot of things it could be, the best things would be to talk to a doctor.
