You admit yourself you are mentally ill and I think your preferences would be less messed up if you weren't. Its still disturbing. I get that its not choice to feel that way and you have chosen not to hurt anyone, so good on that at least, its what distinguish you from a truly terrible person that deserves punishment.
Hope you get better somehow and make sure you stick to your choice to not hurt someone. If you do you may get your life ruined by getting in prison, even if you no longer care for the morality part, but I think you are deep down good and just very mentally ill.
