That’s not necessarily true, if two siblings were to mate that doesn’t mean the offspring would be “retarted” ( the correct term is Down syndrome), but has a high risk of being so if siblings share both of the same parents. And technically brother and sister aren’t “flesh and blood” only blood the phrase “ flesh and blood” refers to someone’s children. And to say you’re guessing they’re white is FUCKEN RASICT. And if you referring to the Bible it says God created Adam and Eve that’s two people and in order for people to procreate they had to sleep with each other, then their children and their children’s children.
