Okay so I'm 20 and he's 40. He's divorced and I'm currently single. We are not an item, we're just having sex. Because of the nature of my job I very rarely bump into him at work and so far it hasn't impacted on the way either of us do our job. Suppose I'm looking for advise. Every time my supervisor 'wants a word' I get so nervous that someone's found out that I end up throwing up. I know that what I'm doing is wrong on paper but is it actually that wrong? Or is it normal?

    Normal. You're both consenting adults and you both know what you're doing. So long as he isn't coercing you you are fine. And he'd probably get into more trouble than you anyway, he's the one in charge not you

    Oh well, at least you're legal and he's not married but it's still not normal. He's old enough to be your dad! I hate it when older men hit on me.

        Well for me when I was like 19 or 20 40 would just disgust me. More than ten years older than me is too old. I'm not really down with more than five to seven years older. I used to almost exclusively date younger men but now I would probably be more interested in someone my own age.
