No. You have to see he has to make a choice whether to love you or not for who you may be. Ask him to make up his mind, because it's not fair to you to be kept around even though he doesn't want to give you his full affection, because who knows when or if he'll ever will, to be frank. That being said I don't know anything about relationships or living a double life so you can shove everything I said out the window.
