Sex is sex. If its just casually then go for it. Its not like your going to pursue marriage right then and there in the middle of it. No your just people with feelings. I personally don't have a problem with this. Your parents probably would've known that this could happen. Your a guy, She's a girl. You're not related. In animal kingdom. It doesn't matter who the hell you grew up with. Your going to do them because you have urges and that's just what humans do. We like to have sex. Not everybody but most of the nation. You guys aren't related its perfectly normal and I think you should continue what you're doing. If its just for the urges its fine. If you are thinking of pursuing a relationship (Like getting married), Talk about this with your parents.
