Your parents probably knew you two were falling for each other even before you did. If they're your parents that means in all likelihood they've been in love at least once and know what two people in love looks like.
I would bet money on it that if you went and told them they would confess they already knew, but the thing is, if everything was out in the open would you really still be having sex with her now the taboo of it is diminished?
