I wouldn't worry too much about the no-signal-girl. If she's not communicating with you, she might not want a relationship after all. Besides, if you only went on a few dates, then you probably don't consider her to be your girlfriend anyway. Since it's not cheating, then there's no reason why you can't pursue the girl that has taken an interest in you.
