I think it's completely normal. It's confusing because girls are such emotional beings. I've had plenty of girl crushes but I would never date a girl. then again, I never had a boyfriend before either but I get crushes on guys too. I'm 23 and a little worried about myself since I have been single all my life. But to be honest, I think that it's very easy for a girl to have bisexual feelings. It's not like she has to act on it. Tell her not to worry. She's lucky to have a sister and mom to give her advice.
