Ideas in interpretation: your elementary school could represent a basic lesson needing to be learned. You being the age you currently are could mean this is something currently affecting you. You say everyone but you knows whats going on...could mean the lesson is something your struggling with that you just cant seem to grasp, but you feel everyone else does. Cafeteria setting seems like it could represent a social setting or the social side of you. Being chased...maybe running from something you fear in your waking hours? Hope this helps
