Is it normal to have random wrist pain???

One day i was just sitting and watching a movie, and my wrists hurt really bad. Then i went to bed, woke up the next day and they hurt even more! Now its been three days and they hurt whenever i pick up something light or try to bend them. Is this normal? Why are my wrists hurting so bad?

    It may be carpul tunnel syndrome. If you've been typing a lot or have been doing the same motion over and over it can cause a flair up.

    If your fingers get numb as well, it might be carpal tunnel syndrome. Talk to a doctor if i gets worse.

    If you have not experienced a distinct physical injury it may be fibromyalgia which has a combination of physical and psychological causes.
