I'm a 23 year old male with a slightly built body ... I don't have man boobs but I noticed that I have puffy nipples when I workout for my chest the puffiness goes away after a few days later it comes back is it a major turnoff for women?

Is It Normal?

    I don't know and really why does it matter? Riddle for you is When normal has puffy nipples then how many have puffy nipples?

    Maybe it's related to hormones? Don't take the antipsychotic known as Risperdal as it is known to cause gynecomastia in boys, and young men.

      I don't take anything .. if it's related to hormones shouldn't it be permanant? Because when ever I work out it goes away and my nipples are pointy
