Is it normal to have puffy nipples? :(

I have puffy nipples, I looked online and found that it might be a condition called gynecomastia or something. Is there anyway to get rid of it?

    It's not something bad, they say it just comes with puberty, like my hormones Are off or something. I live with all woman so maybe that's it?
