Well whatever it is. It needs to stop. For you and for the sake of your co-workers. Please contact someone. You might need (Congieitve Behaivor Thearapy).
I have to be honest, its started to seep into my home life as well, last night I pissed all over my bed and the dog as well in my sleep.
And a week ago I must have woke up in the middle of the night and took a piss in the corner by the TV and saturated the cable box because it doesnt work any longer.
Yeh but get help from who? What do I tell a doctor?
Hey doc, I got this problem with going to the bathroom, I am pissing all over the place instead of the toilet and I have started to piss all over my own house as well?
Find a physiatrist near you. Most of them have to keep things confidential. Before you say anything you can set that up legally. It's almost like talking to a priest. Just tell them what's going on and they should be able to help you. Do not go to a regular doc.
The word is "psychiatrist". They are doctors for those suffering from mental disorders who can help determine whether a patient needs therapy and/or medication, and prescribe medication if needed. I highly recommend that you visit one, as they are best-suited to helping you get through this, and it sounds as if it is getting more serious. Also, they are required by law to keep everything confidential unless (I believe this is an exception) it involves definite intent to do actual physical harm to another person. Otherwise, they can't tell anyone, or send you anywhere, without your consent.
Is it normal to have poor bathroom habits and manners at work?

Most physiatrics have seen it all. It would be beneficial to meet with one and they might know someone who specializes in that certain field.
