Is it normal to have physical pain during and after your dream?

i was walking down this very dark, narrow path with my two sisters. as i was walking with them, i just had a odd, chilling feeling to walk faster. as i tell my sisters to walk faster, i look behind me, i see a man. as i yell my sisters to run, i trip on something. as i'm begging to the man to not hurt my sisters, he grabs a gun from his jacket. he points it twards me and shoots it, once he shot it, i felt terrible, and a sharp pain on the side of my stomach. i felt my libs go weak to where i can't move, i thought that i was actually dying. once i woke up from that nightmare, i felt paralyzed, i couldn't move. my body was too weak to move. a few hours after i woke up, i managed to gain my strength and turn the lights on. i still felt the pain where 'i was shot', so i checked my stomach. and i see a birthmark on the spot where my stomach was having pain.
