You don't say how old you are. Have you ever gotten your period before?
If it is not your first time having your period, it could be because of a number of things like:
- Constipation
- UTI (I know that they can cause vaginal/urethan discomfort as I used to get a ton of them when I was a kid).
- STDs (you don't say whether or not you are sexually active)
- poor diet
- <a href="http://voices.yahoo.com/7-surprising-causes-vaginal-pain-5699978.html?cat=7" rel="nofollow">http://voices.yahoo.com/7-surprising-causes-vag...</a>
-http://www.patient.co.uk/health/vaginal-thrush
- Candida Albicans (Candida Overgrowth)
<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candidiasis" rel="nofollow">http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Candidiasis</a>
If is is in fact Candida, the only way to kill it is if you take Diatomaecous Earth (Food Grade) or a Chitin Inhibitor. Keep in mind that can't get chitin inhibitors if you live in the US, because the FDA has yet to "approve" them.
- etc.
You are most welcome. Good Luck. If it doesn't go away after awhile and you still can't figure out what is wrong, it might be best for you to see a doctor.
Is it normal to have pain in... certain spots (girls only please!)
