Were you a bit aggressive and rough? Things like untrimmed nails or being super aggressive with a toy can cause small vaginal tears that cause a burning sensation that is especially noticeable when the area is wet. The reason we don’t notice these things sometimes during the act is that your pain tolerance is higher when you’re focusing on something like your pleasure and feeling good vs. a slight sting and other things happening in your body. That being said, there could be a different problem too, but generally there should not be pain afterwards nor a burning situation. If you have any other symptoms (signs of stds, weird discharge, etc) you should go to a gynecologist to get everything checked out. If it’s a tear, it will heal naturally and all you need to do is give the area a little rest from penetration while it heals.
