Normal. As you should know there are brands that have bra's that work for your situation, and even a few that will custom make bra's that fit perfectly... The best one I know of requires a custom fitting to get your exact measurements and shape - and has a shop in places like Los Angeles (near Hollywood). Las Vegas, New York, etc. Not cheap... but I'm told extremely comfortable and oh la la (and as I guy I definitely appreciate them).
