Ok so my OCD I really bad me and my aunt both have it everything has to be even numbers and I mean everythingni mean if someone gives me an odd amount of something I throw a bog fit well I was wondering if this was normal???????????
If it's consuming your time and your life seek professional help. Otherwise just deal with it.
OCD can ruin your life if you let it get too far out. I deal with it. Although medication can help, the best remedy is cognitive therapy. Learning to work with those relentless thoughts and behaviors
Obviously it isn't that bad when you put an odd number of question marks. Just saying.
I'mthe opposite I hate even numbers and numbers that are on the 5 table and numbers tht add up to 6 like 51. For example when I joined my soccer team my dad told me I was going to be 15. Which is bad because it's on the 5's and adds up to 6. But I have not been diagnosed or anything I haven't gone to the doctor for it. Should I?
I hate odd numbers also and if someone hands me three of something I'll give one back. I am OCD as well. Alot of people are. The point is, if it rules your life, you need to seek professional help. If it's just one thing here or there, it's not a big deal.
It's normal... But I do have one concern.. You put 11 question marks... Why not 10 or 12? :)
