Is it normal to have no motivation for anything including living?

  • You need to find excitement, but you lack the motivation to search for it, which means you remain in a cycle of frustration and apathy.

If you can muster the motivation to look for what will make you happy, to break the routine and convention to find what suits you, then you might find living more tolerable.

You might consider suicide cowardly, but wallowing in sorrow and indifference until you die is frankly just as "weak and pathetic".

My suggestion is - break whatever routine you're in with something drastic and difficult. Move somewhere new, travel, get a new job, take risks. Since you're still in school you might have to tolerate the routine a little longer until you can make that leap.
