I am a male, and I have never peed in the shower. Is that normal?
It seems like everybody pees in the shower. That baffles me, because I literally never have.
I think you might be kidding but this was actually recommended to my work during a water conservation education day. Pee is sterile and is washed away by the water, and it saves a flush. For a family of four you're saving four flushes a day. It all adds up.
I prefer this to the "if it's yellow let it mellow rule" because where I live is so hot that if you leave pee in the toilet it stinks up the whole bathroom like a filthy urinal
No, I'm not kidding. I always pee when I'm showering and I ask my husband to do same. Here we learn to save water from a very young age. Many families here have two toilets, one indoor and an outhouse. But it's more of a cultural thing. Water has always been an issue in my country.
Most people do pee in the shower even if they say they don't. If you don't pee in the shower that's okay.
