Don't feel bad. My situation is pretty similar to your's. I'm also 19 and I've never had my first kiss nor have I had sex or done anything sexual. It's not like I haven't had the opportunity. Plenty of guys have asked me out. Its just guys that I'm not interested in being intimate with. But now that I'm 19, I'm anxious to have my first kiss and have sex. Currently, I'm talking to this guy who's not even really my type, and I think he may only want to have sex with me. But since I want to see what its like, I might go for it. And I know it goes against everything that I usually believe in, but I just want to experience kissing and how it feels to make out with someone.
