it is normal - it took me till 18. but first you'll find that all 3 of those things tend to come at once, or in close succession. and second, don't wait for the girls to ask you out, take the initiative, i know it's cliche but girls love it if you ask them, i know it may get awkward if you're shot down, but if you like someone work out if the risk is worth it, or make a resolution that the next nice, available, attainable girl you meet, you will ask out.
