Umm... So u know u have to ask girls out right? They don't just come up to u and ask u out... But yea I know what u mean. A first kiss is special, don't just do it with someone u don't like all that much just to get it over with. Unless u honestly don't care, then yea, go ahead. My advice? Read up on google or something about getting a gf and such if u feel like u can't.. Then just start practicing! And try to not come off as needy or they won't like u. I learned this the hard way. Also, I'm guessing u don't have a lot of confidence when it comes to girls... Girls LOVE confidence, so just fake it.
