Well this could be accurate. He said she was a B at 15, he said after 2 years she had DD boobs. Which could mean she got bigger at age 17 compared to age 15. However I think this person might be making the wrong conclusion on what really made her boobs bigger. Now if this was after she finished Puberty you could probably conclude that is the cause but at 15 most girls are probably not done growing yet. So going from a B to a D in 2 years at that age is probable.
She was still a B-cup when she was a freshman in college. By the time she was a junior, she was a DD-cup. From 18 to 20 years old she grew 3 cup sizes.

And gained 5 pounds. She was 5'3", 113 lbs, 34DD, 39-24-35 when in college. She has not changed much since then.
