I understand a bit how you feel... A high GPA is important to me too because I'd like to have the opportunity to get into grad school in a couple of years and competition is fierce. I had a really tough class last semester and almost failed an exam I thought I was going ace - I had studied a lot for it. I felt as though I was going to puke after the exam was over. Not achieving the grades you expected or hoped for can completely undermine your confidence in your abilities.
My only suggestion would be to learn better study habits so that you can increase your marks. I hope you achieve your goals. :)
Oh, and that tough class I had where I almost failed one of four exams... I aced the other three, so I ended up with a high grade in the end, but I had to work my ass off to get it.
