I never understood the obsession with hair that men have. I know everyone has their weird issues, like girls and their breasts. But really, I don't even notice either (baldness or breasts). I think I tend to notice eyes, smile and personality as cliche as it is. If you're balding and confident, you're even more awesome because you realize the amount of hair you have doesn't define your character. Confidence overrides any physical characteristic. On a sidenote, you could shave your head ;) that looks good on a lot of guys.
