I've heard of these, they're not common but you can have a procedure where you cut the milk ducts which are pulling them inwards so they point outwards like most but along with the obvious risks you wont be able to breastfeed if it's both of them. I'm sure some men find it unattractive, some don't care or mind. Either way it shouldn't scare you for pursuing a relationship along with the more intimate you two are, the more likely he will be accepting. no? Ah well i tried explaining.
