Hey every guy is different and all of us girls know it. Dr. Oz says inverted nipples are fine as long as it doesn't hurt. Because if it hurts, it's a bad sign of ligaments (I think it's ligaments...) being pulled harshly back and it can really affect you. But back to guys; depends on the guy! Some prefer outties, some prefer innies! Depends on the guy there's no true answer. Besides, the "one" will love you for who you are, to the point where it goes to the heck with the tits, you're beautiful and he loves you inside and out for who you are. :)
