I think it's normal because it seems like you're just letting your imagination take wing, which is perfectly fine as long as you aren't overly indulged in it.
Sometimes I imagine talking to my friends too, especially when I am very mad at them but I don't want to storm at them (because that would hurt our friendship). Therefore I would imagine storming at them and blaming them in my mind until I feel better. I would usually talk to them after I'm sure I can talk rationally.
If your imagination is really strong and creative, I'm thinking that maybe you should not waste it. You may want to write your one-sided conversation down as letters or record them. They may turn into something brilliant or simply something fun to read :D
