    This guy sounds creepy. Or maybe its the way you are describing it. If a guy just kept staring at me non-stop showing no other emotion then I would find that friggin weird!

      I don't think it's creepy at all. I know of a lot of guys at my work who I've seen doing the same thing, but then I sometimes think that maybe they're not interested in me, and they're just looking at me because they noticed I'm looking at them. Either way, it's not creepy.
      People hit on people everyday. It doesn't always mean that he's gonna make a move. He coule be just innocently looking.

        that counts as hitting on someone?? If i thought someone was hitting on me, they'd usually show a little emotion like even just a smile.
