First of all, lots of people do the do with people they don't find attractive. Prostitutes, for example, gigolos, drunken mistakes, fucking the boss for a favour. Whatever. So that is normal.
Secondly, you don't have to be good looking to be good at sex. This guy might have just been more skilled than any other dudes you have been with. So is it more important to you that you find him attractive, or that the sex blows your mind? Attraction will probably develop over time / with feelings, mind. Maybe. Or you could just screw, and have a good time with that.
Maybe you both have a special connection with each other.

It's normal. As Dregonix pointed out, you don't have to be attractive to be good in bed. I would just enjoy it.
