I think you could try more or just ask him out as a joke and see what he says. But as the above poster mentioned, you don't like him if you don't know him so you should get to know him first before you decide on whether or not you actually like him and then ask him.
Actually I kinda like stalk him all the time on twitter to see what goin on in his life. And what are the things he's into. I even know who are his siblings and so on. Besides that we have mutual friends since we're both from the same club. So if you see from my perspective, I do know him quite well. It's just him who have not noticed my presence.
Is it normal to have feelings for a guy who hardly knows you?
