    I would say no...this is somewhat perverted...but natural sexual impulses about the opposite sex is natural...so to fantasize about this...kind of borderline to me...

    You should try it and see how you like it. Just do some laundry at a Laundromat and look for a woman washing her panties. Or look for some when at a friend's place.
