Also, they're entirely superficial aspects. You liked her because she looked pretty and sounded pretty. No wonder it didn't last long if the last thing that comes to your mind when considering what you liked about her is anything to do with her personality.
If you wait until you find a girl whose personality fits with yours, then you're less likely to be dropped.
