While I would generally agree with devilla, I also think its wise to take a closer look. Sometimes, though certainly not always, dreams can be an expression of repressed memories. I imagine a skilled therapist might be able to help you distinguish whether these dreams are something you should worry about or not.
As far as it being normal, I know that many people have dreams inmvolving family members, and many people have dreams about sex. It seems only logical that many people would also wind up combining the two.
Is it normal to have dreams (nightmares) about incest?
