Is it normal to have different personalities?

  • I just joined this site today and it's starting to feel creepy how some people are similar to me.

I know of at least three of my personalities. They are not completely mutually exclusive, but they do disagree often. I haven't named them, but I can often recognize which one has which feeling.

The minimalist: He just loves small uncluttered things. Straightforward solutions, clean rooms, netbooks, Mini (as in Mini Cooper) cars, white color, and so on.
The perfectionist: I hate him(well, he hates himself)! He is never satisfied with anything, everything always has to be perfect and has no flaws. As you can see, he doesn't go well with the minimalist.
The apathetic: He doesn't care. Sometimes, this is the only way I can make a decision. After the minimalist and the perfectionist fail to agree on something, I get fed up and let the apathetic decide.

Yes, I guess I am not normal. Ah well.

P.S: The perfectionist wrote this comment, and had to revise it several times. The apathetic forced him to submit it as it is without further revision.

    • Good grief. I knew I wanted to say something but forgot to type it. Maybe these personalities are just 'moods' and are normal for people to have them (as long as they don't recognize them as different people.)

P.S.: See? I knew I shouldn't have let that stupid apathetic submit that comment, it wasn't perfect!
