Is it normal to have deep thoughts when in bed, then not act on them?

  • Definetly normal, i do it when I just need to make sense of everything. I find it kind of a way for the brain to sort the current day out as a way to help me sleep a little better at night, even though I will most often sleep throughout the night without that, it just feels good to do it because I feel like I sorted out my thoughs correctly.
