Is it normal to have deep-ish wrinkles on penis?

So I was (sadly) circumcised at birth, but loose. I noticed the other day that I actually have wrinkles/1-2mm stretch marks...I can't tell which, but they are only 1-2 mm in length when i pull the skin. But, looking at other guys online, all smooth...and when erect, You can barely, if at all, tell they are there.
